How is hustl.fit different from other fitness apps?
Most apps are a logbook you fill in, or a plan that never changes. hustl.fit coaches you through the session: it plans your workout, prepares every next set from how the last one felt, adjusts the day when you slept badly or feel sore, estimates your recovery and plans Indian meals around your training. And every number comes with a reason.
Is hustl.fit good for complete gym beginners?
Yes. Standing in the gym not knowing what to do is the problem we built it for. Every session is planned for you, each exercise has a form video, and the app tells you the weight and reps for every set.
How does the AI coach decide my weights and reps?
From your logged sets and how they felt, using rules built on published sports-science research, like progressive overload. Did all your reps with room to spare? A small step up. Missed reps? A lighter next set. Slept badly? Today’s weights are held. Every recommendation has a “Why?” with the reason. How our AI is built →
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Logging sets, the rest timer, your next set and recovery all work offline, so a gym basement with no signal is fine. The AI coach chat needs a connection.
Does it support vegetarian Indian food?
Yes. The daily meal plan is built around Indian food, and vegetarian plans are a first-class choice: paneer, soya, dal, curd, plus eggs if you eat them. Food values come from ICMR-NIN’s Indian food tables.
Is it on Android and iPhone?
Both, at launch. Before launch we’re inviting a small group of Android testers through the Google Play test. Tick the tester box when you join.
What’s the difference between Lifetime and Pro?
Lifetime is a one-time payment for everything that runs on your phone: programs, form videos, set logging, the next-set engine, recovery and the Indian meal plan. Pro adds the AI coach: chat that remembers you, next sets planned with your sleep and soreness in mind, and personalised meals and warm-ups.
When does it launch, and do I pay to join?
Joining the waitlist is free. There’s no launch date yet: we ship when it’s ready, and the waitlist gets invites first. At launch your first 3 workouts are free, with no payment.
Can I use it for home workouts?
Not yet. The first version is for the gym. Home workouts are planned for later.
